The village of Kryvchyk on the Ternava River is located 15 kilometers north of Dunaivtsi.
Known since 1493 as Kryve. At the end of the 19th century, General Mykhaylo Krupetskyi built a palace in a style combining Baroque and late Gothic, which now houses a psychiatric boarding school.
The remains of a Scythian settlement, as well as caves, which legends connect with the leader of the peasant uprising, Ustym Karmalyuk, have been preserved on Mount Hrabina.

Krupetsky Palace

At the end of the 19th century, General Mykhaylo Krupetsky built his palace in Kryvchyk. The building has two floors and combines late Gothic and Baroque styles. A four-story octagonal tower with a clock stands out in the architecture of the building.
After the Bolshevik coup of 1917, the owners of the estate left the country. The premises of the palace were used as a pioneer camp, a rest house, and a boarding school for the blind. In 1945, a boarding school for the disabled of the Second World War was placed here, and in 1978 it was reorganized into a psycho-neurological boarding school.
A fountain and an artificial lake remained from the former park, orchard, greenhouses and greenhouses.

Mount Hrabyna is located in the southwest of the village of Kryvchyk. Within its summit there are small caves, which in local folklore are closely related to the activities of the leader of the peasant uprising, Ustym Karmalyuk.
As a result of archaeological research, the remains of a Scythian settlement and household items of those times were discovered on the mountain.
Among tourists, Hrabyna is famous for its stunning panoramic view of the surroundings and the village of Kryvchyk, located in the valley of the Ternava River.
