Solochyn

The village of Solochyn is located between Svalіava and Polіana. The name comes from the word "Soloch", which means "salt" or "salt pan".

Since the 18th century, 15 sources of mineral water have been explored, on the basis of which the sanatorium "Kvitka Poloniny" and other resort institutions operate.

Село Солочин розташовано між Свалявою та Поляною. Назва походить від слова "Солоч", що означає "сіль" або "солончак".

З XVIII століття розвідано 15 джерел мінеральних вод, на базі яких діє санаторій "Квітка полонини" та інші курортні установи.
