Myrne village is located between Kiliia and Tatarbunary.
The village was founded at the beginning of the 19th century by former Transdanubian Cossacks-Ukrainians, and at the same time the first Old Believer families appeared in the village. In 1827, there was already a wicker chapel of the Intercession of the Mother of God in the village.
The stone church in the name of Saint Paraskeva was built in 1874 and has survived to this day.
