The village of Mala Sevastianivka on the Udych River is located on the Uman-Vinnytsia road between Uman and Haisyn.
The first settlement of Trisaha appeared here in the 16th century, later it was renamed to Svynarka by a local landowner. In 1838, the village became a military settlement, but after 1858, the villagers returned to their land, and the village got its current name.
At the same time, the Intercession Church was built, which has survived to this day.

Село Мала Севастянівка на річці Удич розташоване на трасі Умань-Вінниця між Уманню та Гайсином.
Перше поселення Трісаги з'явилося тут в XVI сторіччі, пізніше було перейменоване місцевим поміщиком в Свинарку. В 1838 році село стало військовим поселенням, але після 1858 року селяни повернулися на свою землю, і село отримало нинішню назву.
Тоді ж була побудована Покровська церква, що збереглася донині.

The wooden church of the Intercession of the Holy Virgin in Mala Sevastianivkais located in the eastern part of the village.
It was built at the end of the 19th century according to a typical diocesan project on the site of the old church founded in 1770.
Currently, the Intercession Church is partially sheathed with plastic lining, as a result of which it has lost its authentic appearance.
