The village of Illiashivka is located 20 kilometers southeast of Starokostiantyniv.

Founded in 1449 by Voivode Ilyash. In the 18th century, it became the property of the Bratslav voivode Tomash Dorozhynskyi. His heirs sold the estate to a Polish nobleman, officer, memoirist Severyn Bukar, who built a palace here in the style of classicism at the end of the 18th century.
