45 architectural and artistic objects, including park sculptures, a complex of windmills and the reconstruction of a wooden Cossack church, are now available for cultural recreation at the Vodianyky resort.

Architectural and landscape ethnographic complex "Sovyn Yar" opened in the resort village of Vodianyky in Cherkasy region, next to the Vodianyky ski complex. This tourist project creates new conditions for leisure and recreation in the village, reports the press service of the Vodianyky community.

It is noted that the basis of the complex was Catherine's Park - an object of park art with many architectural elements dedicated to the themes of love and family.

"Motives of love and family literally permeate Catherine's Park: the "Tower of Lovers", the sculptural composition "Legends of Sovyn Yar", various corners, art objects and photo zones. The crown and conclusion of this theme is the sculpture "Guardian Angel of Catherine's Park". For special attention the composition "Arch of Eternity" is worthy - this object is interesting for couples who want to combine their destinies," the message says.

The central composition of the park is "Vodianyky genealogy" by the national artist Mykola Telizhenko. Her stone women are copies of sculptures of ancient Slavs found by archaeologists in different parts of Ukraine, as well as modern sculptural works of artists on the theme of ancient beliefs, Ukrainian mythology, history, religion and traditions.

The ethnographic complex also included the previously built Church of the Ascension, a parish school with a bell tower, a complex of wooden windmills, a Carpathian swing, a crossing bridge "Scythian Charm", etc. Detailed information about the objects of the complex, of which there are more than 45, is available via QR codes.

"Sovyn Yar" can serve to restore and maintain the mental health of citizens. After all, nowadays there are many people who suffered from the Russian-Ukrainian war. These are military personnel who are no longer in service and need care and attention, forcibly displaced persons," said the head of the Zvenyhorodka District Military Administration Yuriy Pikovskyi during the opening of the complex.

The Vodianyky community announces that soon "Sovin Yar" will become part of the tourist route between Vodianyky, Talne, Buky, Shevchenkove, Zvenyhorodka and Shpola territorial communities.

Архітектурно-ландшафтний етнографічний комплекс "Совин Яр" відкрився в курортному селі Водяники на Черкащині, поруч із гірськолижним комплексом "Водяники". Цей туристичний проєкт створює нові умови для дозвілля й відпочинку на території села, повідомляє пресслужба Водяницької громади.

Зазначається, що основою комплексу став Катеринин парк – об'єкт паркового мистецтва з багатьма архітектурними елементами, що присвячені темам кохання і родини.

"Мотиви кохання, родини буквально пронизують Катеринин парк: "Вежа закоханих", скульптурна композиція "Легенди Совиного Яру", різноманітні куточки, артоб'єкти і фотозони. Вінцем і підсумком цієї теми є скульптура "Ангел-охоронець Катерининого парку". На окрему увагу заслуговує композиція "Арка вічності" – цей об'єкт цікавий для пар, які хочуть поєднати свої долі", – йдеться у повідомленні.

Центральною композицією парку є "Водяницький родовід" авторства народного художника Миколи Теліженка. Її кам'яні баби – копії знайдених археологами в різних куточках України скульптур древніх слов'ян, а також сучасні скульптурні витвори митців на тему давніх вірувань, української міфології, історії, релігії і традицій.

Також до етнографічного комплексу увійшли збудовані раніше храм Вознесіння Господнього, приходська школа з дзвіницею, комплекс дерев'яних вітряків, карпатська гойдалка, міст-перехід "Скіфський оберіг" тощо. Детальна інформація про об'єкти комплексу, а їх понад 45, доступна за QR-кодами. 

"Совин Яр" може слугувати для відновлення і підтримання ментального здоров'я громадян. Адже нині багато людей, які постраждали від російсько-української війни. Це військові, які вже не перебувають на службі і потребують опіки й турботи, вимушено переміщені особи", — зазначив голова Звенигородської районної військової адміністрації Юрій Піковський під час відкриття комплексу.

У Водяницькій громаді анонсують, що незабаром "Совин Яр" стане частиною туристичного маршруту між Водяницькою, Тальнівською, Буцькою, Шевченківською, Звенигородською та Шполянською територіальними громадами.
