Traditional paper letters turned out to be the most effective communication channel of the project with museum institutions.

The "Inclusive Travels in Ukraine: accessibility of museums of Ukraine" project sent 70 paper letters to the postal addresses of the largest and most visited Ukrainian museums from among those that, for some reason, have not yet filled out our questionnaire "Assessment of the level of accessibility of a museum institution". Judging by the results of the mailing, this traditional channel of communication turned out to be the most effective. Today we have feedback from more than 30 addressees. The absolute majority of them have already processed our questionnaire or are currently working with it.

At the same time, in order to clarify the received data, from next week the Inclusive Travels in Ukraine project plans to start a control assessment of the accessibility of the most visited museums in all regions of Ukraine by volunteers.

70 паперових листів надіслав проєкт "Inclusive Travels in Ukraine: доступність музеїв України" на поштові адреси найбільших та найвідвідуваніших українських музеїв з числа тих, що з якихось причин досі не заповнили нашу анкету "Оцінка рівня доступності музейного закладу". Судячи з результатів розсилки, саме цей традиційний канал комунікацій виявився найефективнішим. На сьогодні маємо зворотній зв'язок від понад 30 адресатів. Абсолютна більшість із них вже опрацювали нашу анкету або зараз працюють із нею.

Разом із тим, з метою уточнення отриманих даних, з наступного тижня проєкт Inclusive Travels in Ukraine планує розпочати контрольну оцінку доступності найвідвідуваніших музеїв в усіх регіонах України силами волонтерів.
