Piarists Collegium, Liubeshiv

The Collegium in Liubeshiv was established in the 17th century at the monastery of the Catholic Order of Piarists, founded at the expense of Prince Yan-Karol Dolsky.

In 1753-1758, the national hero of the Polish people, Tadeush Kostyushko, studied here.

In 1939, the activity of the collegium was stopped, the church of PR was destroyed.

Currently, the building of the former Collegium of  Piarists houses the education department of the local administration and the newspaper editorial office.

Колегіум у Любешові було створено у XVII сторіччі при монастирі католицького ордена піарів, заснованому коштом князя Яна-Кароля Дольського.

У 1753-1758 роках тут навчався національний герой польського народу Тадеуш Костюшко.

У 1939 році діяльність колегіуму було припинено, костел піарів зруйновано.

Нині у будівлі колишнього колегіуму піарів розміщується відділ освіти місцевої адміністрації та редакція газети.
