General information about Zabotin Palace (Mala Rostivka)
An elegant Neo-Gothic red brick palace was built in Mala Rostivka in 1900-1901 by the Russian general Zabotin. The old parquet has been preserved in the interior.
Currently, the palace building is privately owned. An architectural monument of local importance.
Елегантний неоготичний палац з червоної цегли збудував у Малій Ростовці в 1900-1901 роках російський генерал Заботін. В інтер'єрі зберігся старий паркет.
В даний час будівля палацу у приватній власності. Пам'ятка архітектури місцевого значення.
