The Forestry and Educational Center "Forest and Hunting Museum" operates on the territory of the central estate of the state enterprise "Konotop Forestry". Created in 2019 by the efforts of the forestry employees.

The exposition of the Konotop Forest Museum tells about the flora and fauna of the Sumy region. The exhibits include stuffed animals of some local animals, samples of wood of local breeds, photos of animals in nature, unusual finds of foresters, decorative panels by local craftsmen.

On the territory of the forestry estate, you can also visit the Konotop Arboretum with an area of ​​1 hectare. Here you can see 61 species of trees and shrubs, of which 53 are exotic species.
