Bilosaraiska Kosa

Bilosaraіska Kosa is a resort village at the base of Bilosarayska neck.

In the Middle Ages, the city of Bilhorod was located here, which was renamed Bіlosarai by the Tatar-Mongols in the 13th century. A new settlement arose in its place in the 18th century, after the resettlement of the Greeks to the Azov region.

There are many sanatoriums and recreation centers on the neck. In 1980, the landscape reserve "Bilosaraіska Kosa" was created (217 species of plants), the habitat and nesting place of a large number of birds was declared an ornithological reserve.

A lighthouse of the 19th century has been preserved.

Білосарайська Коса - курортне село біля основи Білосарайської коси.

У середньовіччі тут знаходилося місто Білгород, перейменоване в XIII столітті татаро-монголами на Білосарай. Нове поселення на його місці виникло в XVIII столітті, після переселення греків на Приазов'є.

На косі безліч санаторіїв і баз відпочинку. В 1980 році створено ландшафтний заказник "Білосарайська коса" (217 видів рослин), місце проживання та гніздування великої кількості птахів оголошено Білосарайська орнітологічним заповідником.

Зберігся маяк ХIХ століття.
