Olyva

The secluded resort village of Olyva is located 5 kilometers east of Foros, at the foot of the Iphigenia Rock, created in Soviet times for the recreation of high-ranking KGB employees.

Here is the house of the writer Julian Semenov - an exact copy of the two-story Stirlitz mansion from the TV series "17 Moments of Spring".

Now Olyva includes the village of Mukhalatka, where the state dacha of the President of Ukraine is located.

Усамітнене курортне селище Олива розташоване в 5 кілометрах на схід від Фороса, біля підніжжя скелі Іфігенія, створене в радянські часи для відпочинку високопоставлених співробітників КДБ.

Тут знаходиться будинок письменника Юліана Семенова - точна копія двоповерхового особняка Штірліца з серіалу "17 миттєвостей весни".

Зараз до складу Оливи входить село Мухалатка, де розташована державна дача Президента України.
