Orlyne

The village of Orlyne is located in the Baidar Valley, which is surrounded on all sides by mountains, at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level.

The old name Baidari probably comes from the Mongol family "Baidar", brought to the Crimea by the Nogai in the XV century (renamed in 1945).

Here is the old road from Sevastopol to PBK, from the pass Baidarski Gate offers a magnificent view of the coast.

Nearby is the largest freshwater reservoir in Sevastopol - Chornorichenskoe reservoir.

Село Орлине розташоване в Байдарській долині, яку з усіх боків оточують гори, на висоті 300 метрів над рівнем моря.

Стара назва Байдари, ймовірно, походить від монгольського роду "Байдар", принесеного в Крим ногайцами у XV столітті (перейменоване у 1945 році.).

Тут проходить стара дорога з Севастополя на ПБК, з перевалу Байдарські ворота відкривається чудовий вид на узбережжя.

Поруч знаходиться найбільша прісноводна водойма Севастополя - Чорноріченське водосховище.
