Koktebel

Koktebel is a fashionable bohemian resort, the recognized capital of Crimean nudism. Located 20 km south-west of Feodosiia, in a bay at the foot of Karadah.

In the VII-X centuries. here there was a small Christian settlement Tepseni, and in the XIII-XV centuries, presumably, the Venetian Calliera. Architectural monuments have not survived.

Only at the beginning of the twentieth century. In the remote Tatar village of Koktebel, dachas of representatives of the intelligentsia began to appear, who were attracted here by the famous poet, artist and critic M. Voloshin.
