Mysove

The village of Mysove is located in a narrow part of Cape Kazantip, between Tatarska and Mysova bays.

The village of Kazantip was first mentioned in the 18th century, but from the end of the 6th century BC to the II century AD on this place there was a city of the Bosporan state Heraclius.

The village has been bearing its current name since 1945, after the deportation of the Crimean Tatars.

In 1978, the construction of the Crimean nuclear power plant began nearby, the unfinished buildings of which in the mid-1990s served as the venue for the Kazantip youth festival.

Since 1998, the Kazantip Peninsula has been a state reserve, UNESCO included it in the ten cleanest places on the planet.

Село Мисове розташовано у вузькій частині мису Казантип, між бухтами Татарська та Мисова.

Село Казантип вперше згадується у XVIII столітті, проте з кінця VI сторіччя до нашої ери до II сторіччя нашої ери на цьому місці існувало місто боспорської держави Гераклій.

Нинішню назву село носить з 1945 року, після депортації кримських татар.

У 1978 році неподалік було розпочато зведення Кримської АЕС, недобудовані корпуси якої в середині 1990-х років слугували місцем проведення молодіжного фестивалю "Казантип".

Півострів Казантип з 1998 року є державним заповідником, ЮНЕСКО включив його в десятку найчистіших місць планети.
