Kvitolis Park (Volyn Holland)
Park / garden , Recreation area
The Kvitolis Park on the outskirts of the village Svydnyky between Lutsk and Kovel was founded in 2018 as a flower farm, where for the first time in Volyn region the "Volyn Holland" tulip festivals began to be held. Over the following years, the owners opened new park locations and began organizing annual festivals of lavender, hydrangeas and autumn plants and fruits – chrysanthemums, asters, pumpkins and perennial herbs.
Currently, the Kvitolis Park is equipped for family recreation, active leisure, photo shoots, holding various events and picnics. In addition to tulip fields (5 hectares) and lavender (6 hectares) with various photo locations, there is a nursery of ornamental plants, a children's amusement park, equipped recreation areas in the shade, a shopping area, a food court, and car parking lots. Live music is played during the festival days.
The heart of the Kvitolis Park is the Garden of Ukrainianness, dedicated to outstanding personalities who created Ukrainian history, culture, science and art. In its center is a stylized windmill, to which 12 alleys with deciduous tree species converge. Each alley symbolizes a separate cultural direction, thanks to which the Ukrainian identity was formed.
