The village of Vyshcheolchedaiv on the Lyadova River is located 15 kilometers west of Murovani Kurylivtsi.
Known since the 14th century. In different periods, it belonged to the Yazlovetskyi, the Churyls, and the Dzerzhkas. In the second half of the 19th century, the entrepreneur Naftan Kohan built a sugar factory in Vyshcheolchedaiv, and on the opposite bank of the Lyadova he established a manor house with a palace and a park that have survived to this day.
Село Вищеольчедаїв на річці Лядова розташоване в 15 кілометрах на захід від Мурованих Курилівців.

The estate of the sugar factory Naftan Kohan is located in Vyshcheolchedaiv on the high bank of the Lyadova River, opposite the sugar factory founded by him in the second half of the 19th century.
A two-story house in the style of classicism is surrounded by a small landscape park. The interiors of the 6 halls on the second floor are richly decorated in various styles using Moorish-Jewish and Ukrainian folk motifs.
Until recently, the Kohan Palace housed a kindergarten. The building is currently in a state of disrepair.
