Berezivka

The city of Berezivka is located 83 kilometers north of Odesa, on the left bank of the Tylihul River. In the 18th century, there was a parking lot for Chumaks who went to the Perekop salt lakes to collect salt at this place.

In honor of the group of troops of generals Issa Pliev and Trokhym Tanaschishin, who liberated the settlement from the German occupation in 1944, a monument - a T-34 tank on a pedestal - was erected.
