In 1764, Catherine II presented Vepryk to the last hetman of Ukraine, Kyrylo Rozumovsky, and at the end of the 18th century, these lands became the property of landowners Pavlo Masyukov and Pelaheya Tymofyeyeva.
From the 19th century, two classicist churches have been preserved: the Church of the Assumption (1821) and the Saint Nicolas Church (1823).
