The village of Dibrivka is located 10 kilometers northwest of Myrhorod.
Once these lands were part of the extensive possessions of the nobles of the Muravyov-Apostol. In the 19th century, General Markov bred horses in these places. In 1888, Grand Duke Dmytro Romanov, who held the post of chief manager of the state horse breeding, bought these lands and founded the Dibrivka stud farm, which still exists today.
