The village of Tubiltsi on the right bank of the Dnipro is located near Moshny, 40 kilometers northwest of Cherkasy.

It was first mentioned indirectly in 1649 in the register of the Moshny Hundred of the Cherkasy Regiment. According to one of the versions, the name of the village Tubiltsi comes from the Ukrainian word "tubiltsi" (natives).
