Instead of a large-scale light and music show, Vinnytsia residents and guests of the city are being shown a small water show without music every half hour this war season.

A new season of Europe's largest floating fountain, Roshen, has begun in Vinnytsia. So, since the beginning of May, walks along the embankment of the Southern Bug have become more atmospheric for both tourists and residents, the Vinnytsia Tourist Information Center reports on its official Facebook page.

"As in previous years of a full-scale invasion, a laser show is not planned, but every half hour a water show will be turned on at the fountain, where the height of the vertical jet will reach 60 meters, and the frontal range will be 140 meters. This action is very spectacular, and in the heat it is also refreshing - especially when the wind carries small droplets," the message says.

The fountain operates daily from 12:00 to 20:30 (every half hour – a small show without music). Only on Tuesdays (on a repair day) does the fountain start working later – at 16:00. During air raids, the fountain is turned off.

The Roshen Fountain on the Southern Bug was officially opened in 2011. It is considered the largest floating fountain in Europe. According to experts, it is also among the ten most spectacular water fountains in the world.

У Вінниці розпочався новий сезон роботи найбільшого в Європі плавучого фонтану Roshen. Тож з початку травня прогулянки набережною Південного Бугу стали більш атмосферними як для туристів, так і для містян, повідомляє Центр туристичної інформації Вінниці на офіційній сторінці у Facebook.

"Як і в минулі роки повномасштабного вторгнення, лазерного шоу не передбачено, але щопівгодини на фонтані вмикатимуть шоу води, де висота вертикального струменю сягатиме 60 метрів, а фронтальний розліт – 140 метрів. Це дійство дуже видовищне, а в спеку ще й освіжаюче – особливо коли вітер розносить дрібненькі краплинки", – йдеться у повідомленні.

Фонтан працює щодня з 12:00 до 20:30 (щопівгодини – маленьке шоу без музики). Лише по вівторках (у ремонтний день) робота фонтану розпочинається пізніше – о 16:00. Під час повітряних тривог фонтан вимикається.

Фонтан Roshen на Південному Бузі був урочисто відкритий 2011 року. Він вважається найбільшим серед плавучих фонтанів у Європі. За оцінками експертів, також входить у десятку найвидовищніших водограїв по всьому світу.
