Capital museums hold Open doors tribute on May 18

The Kyiv Tourism Department has published a list of museums that have joined the International Museum Day and offered visitors free admission and unusual activities.

On the occasion of International Museum Day, which will be celebrated this Sunday, May 18, a number of metropolitan museums will open their doors for free visits to all comers. This was announced by the Department of Tourism and Promotions of the Kyiv City State Administration.

"Kyiv residents and guests of the capital will have a unique opportunity to visit Kyiv museums free of charge, including various festive events," the message says.

The Tourism Department has published a list of museums that have joined the campaign and their activities on Museum Day.

З нагоди Міжнародного дня музеїв, який відзначатиметься вже цієї неділі, 18 травня, низка столичних музеїв відкриє свої двері для безкоштовного відвідування усіма охочими. Про це повідомило Управління туризму та промоцій Київської міської державної адміністрації.
 
"Кияни та гості столиці отримають унікальну можливість безоплатно відвідати музеї Києва, включно із різноманітними святковими заходами", – йдеться у повідомленні.

Управління туризму оприлюднило список музеїв, які приєдналися до акції, та їхніх активностей у День музеїв.
