The highlight of the circus tour will be the opportunity to see the preparation for a real performance, talk to the artists and feel how the circus is filled with a magical atmosphere.

Four excursions "Traveling through the circus building" will be held throughout February at the premises of the National Circus of Ukraine in Kyiv. The tours will begin at the stairs of the central entrance and continue in the premises behind the scenes of the circus, the institution's administration reports on its official website.

"During the tour, guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a real circus atmosphere, learn interesting historical facts, architectural features of the building, and details of the creation of performances," the message says.

In particular, the tour participants will learn about the peculiarities of the location of the orchestra box and listen to a fragment of the orchestra rehearsal, see a rehearsal in the large arena and a warm-up training session of the artists in the small arena, talk to the arena inspector, inspect the costumes and props for various circus programs, look into the dressing rooms and even get to know the artists of the current performance.

According to the organizers, the highlight of the tour will be the opportunity to see how the preparation for the show is going on and how the circus is filled with magical air.

"We will get to the upper stage of the auditorium and feel ourselves in the light of the spotlights. In the foyer of the second floor we will learn about the interactive pre-show, and if desired and if there is time, the animators will draw aqua face painting for the guests," the organizers announce.

The tours are scheduled for February 8, 14, 22 and 28. The start is at 2:00 p.m. Duration – 75 minutes. Ticket price is 350 hryvnias (ticket to the performance is not included in the tour price).

Чотири екскурсії "Мандруємо будівлею цирку" проведуть протягом лютого в приміщенні Національного цирку України у Києві. Екскурсії розпочинатимуться біля сходів центрального входу, а далі триватимуть у приміщеннях за лаштунками цирку, повідомляє адміністрація установи на офіційному сайті.

"Під час екскурсії гості матимуть можливість зануритись у справжню циркову атмосферу, дізнатися цікаві історичні факти, архітектурні особливості будівлі, деталі створення вистав", – йдеться у повідомленні.

Учасники екскурсії, зокрема, дізнаються про особливість розташування оркестрової ложі та послухають фрагмент репетиції оркестру, побачать репетицію у великому манежі та тренаж-розігрів артистів у малому манежі, поспілкуються з інспектором манежу, оглянуть костюми та реквізит до різних циркових програм, зазирнуть у гримерні кімнати та навіть познайомляться з артистами діючої вистави.

За словами організаторів родзинкою екскурсії стане можливість побачити як іде підготовка до шоу та як цирк наповнюється магічним повітрям.

"Потрапимо на верхню сцену глядацької зали та відчуємо себе у світлі софітів. У фоє другого поверху дізнаємося про інтерактив-предшоу, а за бажанням та при наявності часу, аніматори намалюють гостям аквагрим", – анонсують організатори.

Екскурсії заплановані на 8, 14, 22 та 28 лютого. Початок – о 14:00. Тривалість – 75 хвилин. Вартість квитка становить 350 гривень (квиток на виставу не входить до вартості екскурсії).
