Ecologists note the exceptional value of the natural complex of the historic hill on the outskirts of Kyiv, where you can meet red book meadow-steppe vegetation and see stunning panoramas of the surroundings.

The landscape reserve of local importance "Planerna Mountain" with an area of 31 hectares was created by the Kyiv Regional Council near the village of Khodosivka, Kyiv Region. Technical documentation for bequeathing the mountain was prepared by the Kyiv Ecological and Cultural Center (KECC), the organization reported on its official Facebook page.

Planerna Mountain is a very valuable place for ecologists, as it represents a unique section of the Ukrainian steppe, notes the KECC. On its western slope, large areas of a rare plant, included in the Red Book of Ukraine, were discovered - the hairy hemlock.

"In addition, the mountain is a favorite place for lovers of paragliding, hang-gliding and model aircraft sports. Unfortunately, these lovers did not put a finger on the finger in order to preserve this mountain and bequeath it. Everything was done by ecologists. The fact is that Planerna Mountain is located on lands of Khodosivka OTG, which is known for its greed and pathological development of its entire territory. Just a little more, and the greedy officials from Khodosivka OTG would have given the mountain over for development as well. Thus, we can say that Planerna Mountain was literally torn from the mouth of Khodosivka OTG," - claim ecologists .

Planerna Mountain is 157 meters high. Visitors can enjoy a kaleidoscope of landscapes for every taste: Kyiv high-rises, cottage towns of the surrounding villages, Northern European architecture of the outlet town "Manufactura", Chernechy and Holosiiv forests, surrounding ravines and hills. It looks exciting and romantic.

This location is often included in the selections of the most panoramic places around Kyiv.

At the foot of the mountain, you can roll back the spring of Feodosius Pecherskyi.

Ландшафтний заказник місцевого значення "Планерна гора" площею 31 гектар створила Київська обласна рада біля села Ходосівка Київської області. Технічну документацію для заповідання гори підготував Київський еколого-культурний центр (КЕКЦ), повідомила організація на офіційній сторінці у Facebook.

Планерна гора для екологів є дуже цінним місцем, оскільки представляє унікальну ділянку українського степу, відзначають у КЕКЦ. На її західному схилі виявили великі ділянки рідкісної рослини, занесеної до Червоної книни України – ковили волосистої.

"Окрім цього гора є улюбленим місцем любителів параглайдингу, дельтапланінгу та авіамодельного спорту. Тільки, на жаль, ці любителі палець об палець не вдарили для того, щоб зберегти цю гору та заповідати. Усе зробили екологи. Справа в тому, що Планерна гора знаходиться на землях Феодосіївської ОТГ, яка відома своєю жадібністю та патологічною забудовою усієї своєї території. Ще трохи, і жадібни чиновники з Феодосівської ОТГ віддали б гору теж під забудову. Таким чином, можна сказати, Планерну гору буквально вирвали з пащі Феодосіївської ОТГ", – стверджують екологи.

Планерна гора має 157 метрів заввишки. На відвідувачів чекає калейдоскоп пейзажів на будь-який смак: київські висотки, котеджні містечка навколишніх сіл, північно-європейська архітектура аутлет-містечка "Мануфактура", Чернечі та Голосіївські ліси, навколишні яри й височини. Виглядає це захоплююче й романтично.
