The Kryla Karpaty complex will appear on the slope of the Chornohirskyi ridge in the village of Lezeshchyna, Rakhiv district, from where one of the tourist routes to Hoverla runs.

A new eco-resort Kryla Karpaty by Edem is planned to be built in the Transcarpathian village of Lazeshchyna on the territory of the Yasynia territorial community. The head of the Zakarpattia regional military administration, Myroslav Biletsky, spoke about the presentation of the concept of this alpine village on his Facebook page.

The project involves the construction of 50 cottages, 27 chalets, 4 premium villas and a residential complex with 50 apartments on an area of ​​14 hectares. But, according to the head of the region, this will not be just a traditional hotel complex, but an Alpine-type mountain village with a developed infrastructure for tourism and leisure.

"After the construction is completed, there will be not only places to stay (apartments, chalets, villas) and spa areas, but also a supermarket and cafes, restaurants of various concepts (with a traditional menu, dishes exclusively from local products, etc.), a bank and a pharmacy, a gallery and a spiritual center for all denominations, an amphitheater and even its own observatory," said Biletsky.

According to the presentation, the cottage complex will be located on the slope of the Chornohirsky ridge at an altitude of 895 meters above sea level, in the middle of a spruce forest, 10 kilometers from the Bukovel ski resort. It is worth noting that tourist routes to the Petros and Hoverla mountains begin from the village of Lazeshchyna.

The project is being implemented by the Edem Family company of Lviv entrepreneur Ihor Kryvetsky. The estimated investment volume will be about 200 million euros.

Проєкт передбачає будівництво 50 котеджів, 27 шале, 4 вілл преміум класу і житлового комплексу на 50 апартаментів на території в 14 гектарів. Але, за словами очільника області, це буде не просто традиційний готельний комплекс, а гірське селище альпійського типу з розвиненою інфраструктурою для туризму та дозвілля.

"Після завершення будівництва тут будуть не тільки місця для проживання (апартаменти, шале, вілли) та спазони, а й супермаркет та кавʼярні, ресторани різних концепцій (з традиційним меню, стравами виключно з локальної продукції тощо), банк та аптека, галерея і духовний центр всіх конфесій, амфітеатр і навіть власна обсерваторія", – розповів Білецький.

Згідно з презентацією, котеджний комплекс буде розташований на схилі Чорногірського хребта на висоті 895 метрів над рівнем моря, посеред смерекового лісу, за 10 кілометрів від гірськолижного курорту "Буковель". Варто відзначити, що із села Лазещина розпочинаються туристичні маршрути на гори Петрос і Говерла.

Реалізацією проєкту займається компанія Edem Family львівського підприємця Ігоря Кривецького. Орієнтовний обсяг інвестицій становитиме близько 200 мільйонів євро.
