In the Lviv region, the ancient castle of the 17th century was returned to the state

The 17th-century Stare Selo Castle, located in the Stare Selo of the Lviv District, which is in a state of disrepair, was returned to the state. The fortification structure is an architectural monument of national importance. This was reported on July 31 by the information resource Tvoemisto.tv with reference to the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Lviv region.

According to the decision of the Economic Court of the Lviv Region, in 2010, the Lviv Regional State Administration concluded a concession agreement with the "Kris" Limited Liability Company, according to which the castle was handed over to the latter. According to the agreement, the society undertook to take care of it and operate the building in order to meet public and cultural needs. However, already during the inspection at the end of 2022, during the inspection of the castle, it was found that it is undergoing destruction and is in a state of emergency. Also, since the facility was not put into operation, the concessionaire did not pay payments under the contract.

As a result, the court satisfied the lawsuit of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office against the private company to terminate the concession agreement and return the architectural monument of national importance to the state.

У власність держави повернули Старосільський замок 17 століття, розташований у Старому селі Львівського району, який перебуває в аварійному стані. Фортифікаційна споруда має значення пам’ятки архітектури національного значення. Про це 31 липня повідомив інформаційний ресурс Tvoemisto.tv з посиланням на пресслужбу прокуратури Львівської області.  

Згідно з ухвалою Господарського суду Львівської області, у 2010 році Львівська обласна державна адміністрація уклала договір концесії з Товариством з обмеженою відповідальністю "Кріс", за яким замок передали у користування останнім. Зідно угоди товариство зобов’язувалось доглядати за ним та здійснювати експлуатацію будівлі з метою задоволення громадських та культурних потреб. Проте вже при перевірці в кінці 2022 року під час обстеження замку виявили, що він зазнає руйнації та перебуває у аварійному стані. Також, оскільки об’єкт не ввели в експлуатацію, концесіонер не сплачував платежі за договором.

Як наслідок, суд задоволив позов Львівської обласної прокуратури до приватного товариства про розірвання концесійного договору та повернення державі пам’ятки архітектури національного значення.
