The Boiarka Cultural Fund was created in the Kyiv region

Lyudmila Petrauskene, head of the BKF, director of the Museum Mykola Pymonenko in Maliutianka, announced this on her Facebook page.

"I'll be honest: the idea of creating the Boiarka Cultural Fund is an idea-provocation, an idea-adventure, an idea-dream. I was very worried about whether it would find a response, whether it would be of interest, whether there was a need for it," Petrauskene said.

In the course of the presentation of the Boiarka Cultural Fund, concrete developments have already taken place:
1. An initiative group was formed, which can later transform into a team. It includes people who are ready to share their successful experience of implementing various projects.
2. A platform for communication has been created.
3. Ideas for creating new interesting non-pop activities were born.
4. BKF will take direct part in the competition of cultural and socio-psychological projects within the framework of the "Phoenix" grant project of the Boiarka Community Foundation
5. We identified specific projects for which there is a need and which we can implement in the near future, on our own, in various cultural locations of the community. In particular, we are creating a Boiarka intellectual club.

"It was a meeting with cool, caring people, friends, like-minded people. It was a brainstorming session. It was a frank conversation about boyar (and not only) problems - the lack of a serious cultural product for the residents of the community, the disunity of the activist environment, mistrust of the authorities, lack of financing, etc.
What I like most about the people gathered is their constructive approach to the issue: they don't just fix the problem and voice the reasons (or personalities) that caused it, but immediately offer a clear list of actions. And the most valuable thing is that they take on this work themselves. The most important thing is that we have a common vision about the main thing: it is necessary to hold a number of interesting, diverse, stylish and high-quality cultural events in the community in order to create a positive reputation and recognition. Moreover, not only in the eyes of the residents of the community and beyond, but also potential patrons and grant-givers, since independent financing will give an opportunity to develop more freely," added the head of the BKF.

"Чесно скажу: ідея створення Боярського культурного фонду - це ідея-провокація, ідея-авантюра, ідея-мрія. Я дуже хвилювалася, чи знайде вона відгук, чи зацікавить, чи є в ній потреба", - зазначила Петраускене.

В ході презентації Боярського культурного фонду відбулися вже конкретні напрацювання:
1. Сформувалася ініціативна група, яка згодом може трансформуватися в команду. До неї входять люди, які готові ділитися своїм успішним досвідом реалізації різних проектів.
2. Створено майданчик для комунікації.
3. Народилися ідеї щодо створення нових цікавих непопсових активностей.
4. БКФ братиме безпосередню участь у конкурсі проєктів культурного і соціально-психологічного спрямування в рамках грантового проєкту "Фенікс" Фонду Боярської громади
5. Визначили конкретні проекти, в яких є потреба і які громада може реалізувати найближчим часом, своїми силами на різних культурних локаціях. Зокрема, створюється Боярський інтелектуальний клуб.

"Це була зустріч з класними небайдужими людьми, друзями, однодумцями. Це був мозковий штурм. Це була відверта розмова про боярські (і не тільки) проблеми  - відсутність серйозного культурного продукту для мешканців громади, роз’єднаність активістського середовища, недовіра до влади, відсутність фінансування тощо. Що мені найбільше подобається в людях, які зібралися, це їхній конструктивний підхід до питання: вони не просто фіксують проблему й озвучують причини (чи персоналії), що її спричинили, але й відразу пропонують чіткий перелік дій. І найцінніше - вони беруться за цю роботу самі. Найважливіше, що ми маємо спільне бачення щодо головного: потрібно провести в громаді низку цікавих, різнопланових, стильних і якісних заходів у сфері культури, щоб створити позитивну репутацію і впізнаваність. Причому не тільки в очах мешканців громади і за її межами, але й потенційних меценатів і грантодавців, оскільки незалежне фінансування дасть можливість більш вільно розвиватися", - додала керівниця БКФ.
