The construction was started in 1899 by Fedir Tereshchenko, as the date on the facade reminds us. The construction was completed in 1901 by Nataliya, the daughter of a sugar factory, who married Count Serhiy Uvarov, a leader of the Berdychiv County nobility.

Будівництво розпочав у 1899 році Федір Терещенко, про що нагадує дата на фасаді. Завершила будівництво в 1901 році донька цукрозаводчика Наталія, яка вийшла заміж за графа Сергія Уварова, ватажка дворянства Бердичівського повіту.
