General information about Steam mill (Nova Chortoryia)
The steam mill in Nova Chortoryia is a rare example of industrial architecture of the second half of the 19th century.
The five-story building was erected at the expense of Count Orzhevsky next to the old water mill on the banks of the Sluch River. On the river side, the building has 7 floors.
In Soviet times, the mill was converted into a power plant. Currently, the object belongs to "Nova Chortoryia Mlynzavod" OJSC.
Паровий млин у Новій Чорториї - рідкісний зразок промислової архітектури другої половини ХІХ століття.
П'ятиповерхова будівля зведена коштом графа Оржевського поруч зі старим водяним млином на березі річки Случ. З боку річки споруда має 7 поверхів.
За радянських часів млин був переобладнаний під електростанцію. Наразі об'єкт належить ВАТ "Новочорторійський млинзавод".
