The Church of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin Mary in Slavuta was built in 1819 at the expense of the parishioners and with the participation of Prince Yevstakhiy Sangushko.

Виконана в стилі українського бароко, розписана за образом київського Володимирського собору.

Пізніше храм було розширено, поруч збудували будинок священика, будинок псаломника, просфорню.
