The establishment opened in 2007 as the Chardonnay Tasting Hall of a private winemaker from the village of Kontsovo, Oleksandr Kovach. Since 2024, it has been the tasting room of the Čopak Winery in the village of Seredne, which was opened by Transcarpathian winemaker Vlad Chopak.

The winery is decorated in the spirit of a traditional Transcarpathian wine cellar: natural wood, calm colors and warm atmospheric lighting. The hall can accommodate up to 60 visitors at a time.

Traditional tastings are offered (more than ten types of table wines from dry to sweet) and color tastings (selection of wines by color and mood). In particular, you can taste wines of the varieties "Lypovyna", "Furmint", "Cabernet Sauvignon", "Muscat Lunel".

During the tasting, the sommelier talks about the traditions of winemaking in Transcarpathia and shares the secrets of winemaking. Local cheeses and other Transcarpathian delicacies are offered as snacks. In particular, previously you could taste cheeses from the Selyska's private cheese factory.
