Decorated with columns of the Corinthian order and baroque vases. To the right of the church building is an L-shaped church building, veneered in Soviet times with tiles.

The church was famous for the largest organ in Vinnytsia, which was destroyed by the German invaders in 1943.

Костел Непорочного зачаття Пресвятої Діви Марії в Іванові входив до складу бернардинського монастиря, заснованого в 1780 році Соломією Холоневською.

Прикрашений колонами коринфського ордера та барочними вазами. Праворуч до будівлі костелу примикає Г-подібна у плані будівля костелу, фанерована за радянських часів кахельною плиткою.

Костел славився найбільшим на Вінниччині органом, який у 1943 році зруйнували німецькі окупанти.
