The wooden church of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin in Peremoha (Yadlivka) was built in 1892 with donations from local residents.

Probably, the church is located on the site of the ancient Church of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin, which was mentioned by Paul of Aleppo in the 17th century in "Journey of the Antiochian Patriarch Macarius to Russia": "We drove another half a mile and arrived at a small bazaar with a beautiful fortress, named Yadloka (Yadlivka ). The temple was pentagonal with a bell tower above the vestibule.

У ньому прекрасна церква в ім'я Різдва Богородиці..."

Храм був п'ятикутним з дзвіницею над притвором.

У 1934 році церкву було закрито, її приміщення використовувалося не за призначенням. У серпні 1944 року село Ядлівка було повністю спалено, церква виявилася єдиною спорудою, що вціліла.
