General information about Nativity of Holy Virgin Church (Kivshovata)
The large stone church of the Nativity of the Holy Virgin in the village of Kivshovata was built in 1886.
In Soviet times, the temple was closed, the premises were used as a warehouse.
Currently, the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin is functioning again, restoration has been carried out. In the interior you can see a luxurious carved iconostasis.
Велика кам'яна церква Різдва Пресвятої Богородиці в селі Ківшовата побудована в 1886 році.
У радянські часи храм був закритий, приміщення використовувалося як склад.
Наразі церква Різдва Богородиці знову діє, проведено реставрацію. В інтер'єрі можна оглянути розкішний різьблений іконостас.
