Збудована у 1779-1784 роках на місці старого храму, відомого з XVII сторіччя. Унікальний трибанний храм із двоярусною дзвіницею складений із дубових колод і обшитий дошками.

У 1931 році храм закрили, але в період німецької окупації він знову став чинним. Пізніше його знову закрили через аварійний стан. З недавнього часу богослужіння відновлено.

Церква Різдва Пресвятої Богородиці у Тулинцях є пам'яткою архітектури національного значення, вважається одним із найкращих зразків дерев'яної культової архітектури Правобережної України.
