The Stanytsia Luhanska Museum of Local Lore, known as the Museum of Don Cossacks, was opened in 1988 for the 300th anniversary of Stanytsia Luhanska.
In 1993, the exposition "Stanytsia Luhanska - the original settlement of the Don Cossacks" was opened.
Станично-Луганський краєзнавчий музей, відомий як Музей донського козацтва, відкрито в 1988 році до 300-річчя Станиці Луганської.
В 1993 році було відкрито експозицію "Станиця Луганська - споконвічне поселення донських козаків".
