General information about Saint Barbara Church (Kapytolivka)
The Church of Saint Barbara was built in Kapytolivka in 1819-1823 over the grave of the landowner Varvara Kotlyarevska, named in her honor.
The Saint Barbara temple was built according to the project of the local architect Petro Yaroslavskyi in the style of classicism at the expense of Varvara's husband - lieutenant general Petro Kotlyarevskyi, and her mother - the landowner Kapitolina Yenokhina.
Церква Святої Варвари зведена в Капітолівці у 1819-1823 роках над могилою поміщиці Варвари Котляревської, названа на її честь.
Варваринський храм побудований за проєктом місцевого архітектора Петра Ярославського в стилі класицизму коштом чоловіка Варвари - генерал-лейтенанта Петра Котляревського, та її матері - поміщиці Капітоліни Єнохіної.
