Saint Joseph the Betrothed Church
The brick church of Saint Joseph the Betrothed was built in the village of Mechebylove in 1817 at the expense of the landowner Fedir Kukol-Yasnopolskyi.
The cross-plan church is made in the style of classicism. Large donations for the decoration of the temple were made by the Bezpalchevy family of landowners, who also ran an orphanage.
During Soviet times, the Church of Saint Joseph the Betrothed was closed. In 1995, it was transferred to the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate.
