Музей хліба в Білопіллі створено в 1986 році на основі старовинного вітряка, який побудував у 1910 році місцевий майстер Федір Білошкап, використавши деталі вітряка XVIII сторіччя.

На першому та другому ярусах млина розміщено експозицію, яка знайомить відвідувачів з історією хліба з найдавніших часів до наших днів. У господарській споруді представлені знаряддя праці хліборобів XIX – початку ХХ століття.

Музейна хата відтворює сільський побут XVIII-XIX сторічь, традиційними елементами інтер'єру якої є піч, червоний кут, жердина для одягу, стіл, лави, ліжко, колиска для дитини.

На відкритому майданчику демонструється землеробська техніка, тяглові знаряддя обробітку ґрунту. У дворі знаходяться пасіка та криниця.
