The Balanivka Village History Museum, Haisyn district, was opened in 1989 in the historic building of Dzygarnya, a three-tiered clock tower of the 17th century.

Музейний фонд налічує близько 6000 експонатів. Нестандартно організована експозиція у формі лабіринту розповідає про давні часи заснування Баланівки, добу козаччини, події XX століття на Вінничині.

Представлена старовинна зброя, знаряддя праці (ткацький верстат, дерев’яний млинок), предмети побуту, посуд, одяг, вишиті й ткані рушники, скатерки, доріжки та інші предмети декоративно-ужиткового мистецтва. Можна побачити й інтер’єр традиційної баланівської хати ХVІІ століття.
