General information about Koselsky Palace (Manykivtsi)
The Koselsky Palace in Manykivtsi dates back to the beginning of the 19th century, when the estate was bought by the nobleman Vinsent Koselsky.
The two-storey house in the Romanesque style has a rectangular shape with three corner towers - two hexagonal on the north side and rectangular on the south. Initially, the towers had pointed roofs with spiers, but they were replaced by ordinary tent roofs in Soviet times, when the palace housed an agricultural college, then a local club.
Parquet and tiles have been preserved in some rooms. Basements, which once housed a kitchen and pantry, have also been preserved.
Now the palace houses the Manykivtsi comprehensive school of I-III degrees.
Палац Косельських у Маниківцях датують початком XIX століття, коли Маниковецький маєток придбав шляхтич Вінсент Косельський.
Двоповерховий будинок у романському стилі має прямокутну форму з трьом кутовими вежами – дві шестикутні з північного боку та прямокутну з півдня. Початково вежі мали гостроверхі дахи зі шпилями, та їх замінили звичайними шатровими дахами за радянських часів, коли в палаці розмістився сільськогосподарський технікум, потім місцевий клуб.
В окремих приміщеннях зберігся паркет і кахлі. Також збереглися підвальні приміщення, де колись була кухня і комори.
Зараз у палаці розміщується Маниковецька загально освітня школа І-ІІІ ступенів.
