Zaporizhzhia National University Museum, Zaporizhzhia

The Museum of the Zaporizhzhia National University was opened in 1985 in the main educational building of the institution.

The exhibition tells about the history of public education in the former city of Oleksandrivsk from the beginning of the 20th century, about the founding of the Zaporizhzhia Pedagogical College at the basis of a teacher's seminary in 1921, about Stalin's repressions and the fate of the members of the staff of the Zaporizhzhia State Pedagogical Institute in the mid-1930s, about the participation of students and teachers in The Second World War, about the post-war reconstruction and the further path of the institution to the current university status.

Музей Запорізького національного університету відкрито в 1985 році у головному навчальному корпусі закладу.

Експозиція розповідає про історію народної освіти колишнього міста Олександрівськ від початку XX століття, про заснування у 1921 році Запорізького педагогічного технікуму на базі вчительської семінарії, про сталінські репресії і долі членів колективу Запорізького державного педагогічного інституту в середині 1930-х років, про участь студентів і викладачів у Другій світовій війні, про повоєнну відбудову і подальший шлях закладу до нинішнього університетсього статусу.

У 2016 році відкрито оновлену експозицію, родзинкою якої стало оформлення картинами навчальних корпусів вишу, виконаними запорізькою мисткинею Катериною Тарлінською в техніці digital art.
