General information about Soviet Occupation of Ukraine Museum (Kyiv)
The Soviet Occupation of Ukraine Museum was created in 2001 by the efforts of the Kyiv branch of the All-Ukrainian Society "Memorial" named after Vasyl Stus.
The exposition reflects the crimes of the communist regime in the period 1917–1991 and is divided into 10 sections: "Not to be forgotten. The Chronicle of the Communist Inquisition in Ukraine", "People's War", "Ukrainian Solovki", "Kyiv Martyrologist", "Lost Memory" , "Language exposition", "Broken destinies", "Destruction of spirituality".

Музей совєцької (радянської) окупації України створено 2001 року зусиллями Київського осередку Всеукраїнського товариства "Меморіал" імені Василя Стуса.
Експозиція відображає злочини комуністичного режиму в період 1917–1991 років та поділена на 10 розділів: "Забуттю не підлягає. Хроніка комуністичної інквізиції в Україні", "Народна війна", "Українські Соловки", "Київський мартиролог", "Втрачена пам'ять", "Мовна експозиція", "Зламані долі", "Нищення духовності".
Представлено копії документів, зокрема із розсекречених архівів Служби безпеки України, фотографії приватних осіб, спогади та свідчення очевидців і їх родичів, відео і аудіо матеріали.
