The Greek-Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity was built in the 18th century on the site of shopping rows.

Over the course of two centuries, it was rebuilt several times. Initially, it had Gothic-Renaissance forms, but in the course of numerous reconstructions, it gradually acquired a modern appearance.

The relics of Saint John the Baptist are stored here, which in 1673 were presented to the Berezhany Voivode Synyavsky and were in the chapel of the Berezhany Castle, from where they were transferred to the Church of the Holy Trinity in the 18th century (before that, the relics of the saint were in Antioch, where they were taken by the apostle Luke, and from there they got to Constantinople). Тут зберігаються мощі Святого Іоанна Хрестителя, які в 1673 році були подаровані Бережанському воєводі Сенявському та перебували у каплиці Бережанського замку, звідки їх у XVIII столітті передали церкві Святої Трійці (до цього мощі святого були в Антіохії, куди переніс їх апостол Лука, а звідти потрапили до Константинополя). Після Другої світової війни мощі зникли, проте у 2000 році їх знайшли та знову виставили для вшанування. Інша святиня - чудотворна ікона Римської Богоматері.
