General information about Serhiy Paradzhanov Museum (Kyiv)
The Museum of the world-famous film director, artist, classic of Ukrainian national cinema Serhiy Paradzhanov was created at Kyiv International University in 2020. Its goal is to preserve, study and popularize the creative heritage of the outstanding artist, author of the epoch-making film "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors", which became the hallmark of Ukrainian cinema and world cultural heritage.
Exhibits related to the life and work of Paradzhanov, his family, associates, and other Ukrainian artists are presented. In particular, you can see some of the director's personal belongings, as well as author's installations dedicated to the work of Serhiy Paradzhanov.
In 2025, the exhibition was updated.
Музей всесвітньо відомого кінорежисера, художника, класика українського національного кінематографа Сергія Параджанова було створено в Київському міжнародному університеті 2020 року. Його мета – збереження, вивчення і популяризація творчої спадщини видатного митця, автора епохальної кінострічки "Тіні забутих предків", яка стала візитівкою українського кіно і світовим культурним надбанням.
Представлено експонати, пов'язаними з життям і творчістю Параджанова, його родиною, соратниками, іншими українськими митцями. Зокрема можна побачити деякі особисті речі режисера, а також авторські інсталяції, присвячені творчості Сергія Параджанова.
У 2025 році проведено оновлення експозиції музею Сергія Параджанова.
