The Museum of Lemkos-Boikos Heritage in the village Ripne in the Carpathian Mountains was created by enthusiasts to preserve and popularize the cultural heritage of the inhabitants of the ethnographic regions of Lemko and Boiko regions in the Ukrainian Carpathians.

The founder of the museum, Hanna Krysiuk, set up the exhibition in the homestead of her grandmother Hanna Haradym, who was forcibly deported from Poland to Ukraine in the 1940s. Her personal belongings, photographs, and the original furnishings in the house have been preserved. The founder's relatives and neighbors helped fill the exhibition.

An "Apple Garden of Memory and Dreams" was planted near the house in honor of Hanna Haradym, fallen soldiers, missing persons, and prominent Ukrainians.

Засновниця музею Ганна Крисюк облаштувала експозицію на обійсті своєї бабусі Ганни Гарадим, яку у 1940-х роках примусово депортували з Польщі в Україну. Збереглися її особисті речі, світлини, оригінальна обстановка у хаті. До наповнення експозиції долучилися родичі та сусіди засновниці.

Біля хати висаджено "Яблуневий сад пам’яті і мрій" на честь Ганни Гарадим, загиблих воїнів, зниклих безвісти та видатних українців.
