General information about Holy Spirit Cathedral (Kherson)
The Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in the style of classicism was built over 30 years, from 1804 to 1836.
The temple has two side altars - in honor of Archangel Michael and in memory of the Holy Martyrs of Chersonese.
Here is a list of the miraculous Kasperivska icon of the Mother of God, which protected the inhabitants of Tavria province during the Crimean War.
Святодухівський кафедральний собор у стилі класицизму будувався понад 30 років, з 1804 по 1836 роки.
Храм має два бічні вівтарі - на честь Архістратига Михаїла та на згадку Священномучеників Херсонеських.
Тут зберігається список чудотворної Касперівської ікони Божої Матері, яка захищала мешканців Таврійської губернії під час Кримської війни.
