The powerful defensive church of the holy apostles Peter and Paul in Peremyshliany was built in 1645 for the Dominican monastery at the expense of the Potocki magnates who owned the city.
In 1730, the church was reconstructed and soon became a parish church. After the Second World War, the temple was closed and resumed its work only in 1997. Restoration has been carried out.
The interior design, designed by Politynskyi, has been preserved.

Peremyshliany Museum of History and Local Lore is a branch of the Lviv Historical Museum.
The museum is housed in an old Art Nouveau building located in the center of Peremyshliany.
An exposition about the nature of Peremyshliany region, the history of Peremyshliany and the whole region is presented.

The Greek-Catholic Church of Saint Volodymyr and the Blessed Martyr Father Omelyan Kovch is consecrated in honor of the late martyr of the Greek-Catholic Church, who from 1922 to 1942 was the abbot of the Church of Saint Nicholas in Peremyshliany.
During the German occupation, he saved thousands of Jews, for which he was sent to a concentration camp, where he continued to perform the duties of a priest until his death.
In 2001, during the visit of Pope John Paul II to Ukraine, Father Omelyan Kovch was beatified.
