The village of Chornorudka is located 25 kilometers northwest of Ruzhyn.
Known since 1620. The development is connected with the opening in 1870 of the railway station "Chornorudka" on the line Koziatyn - Fastiv.
One of the estates of the Tereshchenki sugar growers was located here. A water tower has been preserved, reminiscent of the tower of a medieval castle.
